- Editorial submissions must be informative, newsworthy and share your unique expertise. Include tips, strategies, techniques, case studies, analysis, opinions and commentary. All articles need to relate and be of interest to our readers, those being business and professional women, 65% of whom are running their own businesses with the balance employed in middle and senior management positions.
- Authors are required to submit a professional photo of themselves. Please note: Happy snaps from your family album are NOT suitable. If an authors photo is not included with an article the submission is immediately rejected.
- Editorial space in 'Working Women' is run at no charge and therefore no reference of business or company names are to be referred to in the body of articles submitted for consideration. Free editorial space cannot be used to advertise your products or services.

Editorial specifications:
Editorial submissions must adhere to the following specifications or the submission will be disregarded.
- Edit and spell check document prior to submitting.
- Maximum 500 word count is accepted.
- Must include a footnote with contact details.
Editorial photo and image specifications:
Editorial submissions will not be accepted without a selection of good quality images. Please adhere to the following specifications:
- Logos are not acceptable as editorial images.
- Images are to be attached as separate files.
- Images pasted into Word documents are unacceptable.
- Images only acceptable if saved as tif or jpg files.
- Images must be scanned at 300dpi.
- Only acceptable if postcard size or larger after converted to 300dpi.

Editorial submissions are accepted on the basis that the publisher may use the author’s name, comments and content for this publication and promotional purposes including electronic, media and printed mediums.
